No detail has been spared in this complete gut renovation of this 4 bedroom, 4 bath Tram Tower Townhouse. Rivaling properties such as Caldera House and The Four Seasons for interiors and location, this Tram Tower property provides luxury and convenience just steps from the amenities of Teton Village. Located under the first Tram Tower, guests can slide on to the slopes of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort or casually walk to the award winning restaurants located in Teton Village.
This tri-level property offers an underground parking area with parking for one car. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended. There are two entrances into the this residence, with the primary entrance located street side off of McCollister Ave. The second entrance is located at the back end of the house. Guests entering into the lowest level of the property are welcomed into a spacious mud room, with heated storage for ski boots and custom shelving to store all needed gear, working to ensure one has the best adventures that the Tetons have to offer. There are outdoor ski racks that lock for guests' use.
Two bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, each with a private en suite bath/shower. The first bedroom boasts a king bed and avocado mattress. The second, and larger of the two bedrooms, is perfect for kids and teens. Equipped with a twin over twin bunk bed, as well as separate day bed with full-sized pull out trundle, this space can sleep 5. A washer/dryer is located on this level.
As guests travel up the stairs, the space opens into an expansive floor plan with abundant comfortable seating. A large flat screen television situated in front of a cozy sectional provides the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure. The mid-level of this residence features the third bedroom with en suite bathroom, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a guest will need to create the perfect gourmet meal. An induction stove, oversized custom fridge provide the exact things a chef will need to prepare a western-style feast. A beverage fridge is also included at the end of the counter space. Bench seating that wraps the counters provides ample seating for all, included an oblong-shaped custom wood dining table. The owners spared no expense when considering furnishings and amenities, from Nespresso style coffee makers to smart interactive TVs. The living area is perfectly curated to facilitate conversations, creating the perfect backdrop to escape or relax after a long day on the slopes or in the mountains.
A spacious and private master bedroom, with a king bed, is located on the top level. The owners created a spa-like environment in the master bath, equipped with a sauna/steamer.

The Tram Tower complex offers a complete fitness area with men's and women's locker rooms and sauna. In the summertime, guests have access to the private pool and tennis and basketball courts. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horseback ride among the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
